I have started knitting in my early 20s in Norway, which was the perfect place to learn knitting. Since then, I have often knitted without patterns and improvised my own. In 2015, I participated in the great knit off (Den store strikkedyst), a Danish knitting TV show. It was an amazing experience. I got so much new input and many new ideas there, great knitter friends and also the final push to actually write my patterns up.
I live in a small town in Southern Germany near the Lake of Constanze and the Alpes and the beautiful landscape that surrounds me here is really inspiring.
