• Party favors: 2–3 weeks
• Apparel: 1–2 weeks
• Tumblers and engraved glassware: 1–2 weeks
• Gift boxes: 2–3 weeks
• We recommend placing orders at least 4–8 weeks before your event to allow time for production and shipping.

Rush orders may be available depending on our current schedule. Please contact us before purchasing if you need your order sooner than the listed processing time. Additional fees may apply.

Yes. Every order is created after purchase to ensure it reflects your chosen design, colors, and options. Before production begins, we will email you a final mock-up of your order for approval. This ensures you’re happy with the design before we start making it.

Once a mock-up is approved, production begins and changes may not be possible. If a change is requested after approval, additional fees and extended processing times may apply.

Absolutely. If you have a specific theme, color scheme, or idea, please contact us before placing your order. Some custom designs may require an additional fee.

Care instructions vary by product and will be included with your order when applicable. For apparel, we recommend washing inside out on cold and air drying or using low heat. For tumblers and glassware, hand washing is recommended.
