The Handbook for Leadership

Leadership is not about being in a specific position or age level it is about the qualities and character the way an individual conducts themselves.  There are many individuals who are overlooked who display leadership qualities and this book will identify and hopefully provide the criteria to recognize individuals regardless of position or financial status.

     Recognizing individuals who are leaders in their field of expertise is important and many times they are never recognized either by the organization for which they work or for their individual efforts to be an example for others.

     The qualities of a leader provided in this book that an individual possesses does not make them a leader unless they act on the principles provided in this book.  The main purpose of this book is to provide some measure of criteria to recognize individuals who are forgotten in their efforts to do the right thing.  One of the qualities of a leader which will be expanded upon is integrity.  Today we need more examples of integrity in our society not only as individuals but as business owners and politicians.  Politicians are not usually looked upon as exhibiting leadership qualities but being a leader in the political world will also be discussed.
