Paleo Perfect Holidays: Hosting an Italian Family Feast

Living a conscious life includes striving to know where my food came from and celebrating familial culture.  Growing up a liberal ass girl has often put me at odds with my stereotypical Italian culture, but in the kitchen I have been able to participate with my family & culture respectfully... without getting into trouble! 

When I began to embark on a Paleo life, my new outlook seemed like it might break this bond.  I couldn’t let this happen! So I decided to gather a collection of go-to recipes for me and the generations after me.  And what better place to write it all than the Amalfi Coast of Italy amongst friends and family?!  

I’ve filled this e-Cookbook with the spirit of my cultural family’s recipes, mixed with personal interpretations, making it a modern day Paleo Perfect Holiday meal resource.  It’s my collection of family classic holiday recipes, redesigned to honor my new life using food as my medicine. Each recipe marries deep-rooted Italian culture, family, and conscious eating with tried and true steps that are easy to use time & time again.
