kidnapped, tortured and murdered and assassinations of Americans in America’s capital, Washington DC
have all been carried out in the name of “truth and justice”; unfortunately, these appear to be the
“American way.”

“Fracas in Caracas” looks at the seamier side of American involvement on the South American continent.
It’s not a pretty picture, but it is a picture that has to be seen, re-seen and seen again.
What has come before must never be allowed to happen again.
