This book is a mixture of psychology, philosophy and a slight fiction. It offers comprehensive practical empirical advice,verifiable by observation and experience. A mechanism is explained how humans should perceive each other, share the common energy floating among us, thus understanding an individual as a part of a bigger picture as opposed to blown Ego. LOVE is explained as a basic driving force which gives meaningful universal existence. FEAR as our enemy is elaborated how to be beaten and therefore freedom to be achieved. Once an individual embraces freedom then depression, stress, anxiety and many other mental deviations will be overcome. These practical themes are embellished with a beautiful fiction which will broaden your mind, stimulate how to ask questions and seek answers. Also, there is a deep message in all these fictional stories which I am open for debate on my email. By the end of the book there are strict concise pieces of practical advice in purpose of reducing some common mental disorders resulting from modern way of living.
