Good Day Sunshine - A Mindfulness and Relaxation Lesson Plan

I have created this lesson plan to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Revolver, The Beatles seventh studio album. This famous album brought us classic hits like Eleanor Rigby and Yellow Submarine but the song we’re going to use as the focus for this lesson is Good Day Sunshine.

Whether you are using this lesson as part of your music lessons, to celebrate 50 years of Revolver or just because you like the idea, I hope you will enjoy a little 60’s music and calm.

Mindfulness and relaxation have been proven to increase children's concentration, create a calmer atmosphere and even increase attainment. It is a wonderful addition to any setting.
