This patern is so versitile, use 4 ply and a 4mm hook for a more scarf like outcome, or chunky and a 8 mm hook for a cozy winter wrap.

Simply recycled DK  300m  for shawl

370m for edging

5mm hook

9 rows + 20 DC = 4 inches

I used a random rotation of 6 colours every 2 rows and switched 1 row with a 7th, but colour choice, block colours, self striping, are all such personal things I recommend working with what you love.
