Modelling The Steam Whaler "Esquimaux"

            This article first appeared in the Model Shipwright journal  Nr. 135, September 2006.    It has been updated slightly, and the images are now all in colour.

            It does not contain any plans for the vessel, but it does give the Model Shipwright journal number in which they appeared.    Copies can usually be obtained from Ebay or other internet selling sites.

            It shows the progress of the model from the individual component parts, through to the completed model, showing the ship laid alongside an ice shelf in the Arctic regions.
