To send an email update, firstly login and click the “Customer” link in the top menu, and then click “Email Updates”. On this page you will be presented with a list of previous email updates that have been sent, if any. To send a new email update, simply click on “New Email Update”.
You will then need to choose who you to send the email to from the dropdown box, enter the subject and body of your email. Make sure to ALWAYS test your emails using the “Send Test” button before sending it. This will send you a copy to your Payhip registered email where you can inspect the email.
