“10 minutes of health”

Why 10 minutes? You might ask.

In this busy world, time is very precious, and being somehow a lazy man led me to create procedures as simple as possible to minimize their time consumption while keeping them highly effective. I am deeply convinced that if you spend at least 10 minutes every day for yourself, your body will be grateful and you will feel better in no time.

 

Of course, the most important thing is to do the first step, so try to start working on one “component” of your body 10 minutes every day, and sooner or later it is going to become a part of your life and a habit.
