By purchasing any AI Agent setup service ("Service") from AI Agents Foundry, a trading name of Loom of Ideas Ltd, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and Loom of Ideas Ltd trading as AI Agents Foundry ("we", "us", or "our").
1. Nature of the Service
Our service is a productized, one-time setup of custom AI agents using third-party platforms, tools, and APIs provided by you.
We do not offer ongoing maintenance, technical support, or monitoring once the service is delivered.
You acknowledge that:
- We are not responsible for how the system functions beyond the scope of setup.
- You are responsible for supplying accurate and complete access credentials, API keys, and any necessary tools or accounts.
- Any third-party platform fees (e.g. OpenAI, n8n, Flowise, cloud hosting, or other services) are your responsibility and are not included in our pricing.
2. Privacy Policy (GDPR Compliant)
We are fully committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your data is handled in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect:
- Basic contact and billing information
- API keys and access credentials needed to complete the service
How we use your data:
- Solely to provide the service you purchased
- We do not share your data with third parties, except as required to deliver the service (e.g. using Trello or Client Joy as a project portal)

- All credentials are stored securely and deleted upon project completion unless otherwise agreed

3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of this service, we cannot offer full refunds under any circumstances.
Once a purchase is made, we begin operational and technical work behind the scenes, which involves non-recoverable internal costs.
We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. However:
- A refund of up to 30% of the original purchase price may be considered, depending on the stage of work and circumstances involved.
- If the setup process has already begun, a partial refund is the maximum possible.
- If the client fails to provide the required materials, access, or communication to proceed with delivery, no refund will be issued.
By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The service is non-refundable in full
- Any eligible partial refund is discretionary, capped at 30%, and depends on our ability to recover lost time and costs

6. Indicative Delivery Timeline
We aim to deliver the AI Agent setup within the outlined business days* in each productized service. These start upon receiving all required assets, credentials, and information. However, this timeframe is indicative only and may vary depending on the complexity of the request or current workload.
“Business days” are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
The delivery window begins only after all required materials are provided and formally confirmed by us.
This delivery estimate is non-binding and not contractually enforceable.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms & Conditions if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to:
natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, internet or hosting outages, third-party platform failures, changes in API access, governmental actions, or acts of war or terrorism.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service in question.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, profits, or data arising from the use or inability to use the delivered service or any associated tools or platforms.
