Belly dancing is a sensuous dance that promotes healing, spirituality, physically and mentally. It’s a great exercise that tones the body and provides flexibility. When performed it allows the individual to speak to an audience of one or one thousand without saying a single word. It’s a great enjoyment to the dancer. Belly dance allows the individual to explore their own creativity.
