Akinleye Akinpelu was born at Ibadan , Nigeria in 1969. He attended the following Schools: Baptist primary school, Oke-Ado, Ibadan,  Oke-Ado High School, Oke-Ado, Ibadan. Ogun State Polytechnic Abeokuta, Ogun State University Ago-Iwoye ( now Olabisi Onabanjo University)  Nigeria.
  He started his teaching career with Nasarawa State Teachers Service Commission in January 2000 and later transferred his service to Oyo State Teaching Service Commission.
  This book was written during his undergraduate studies in the university. His love for University education especially foreign universities helped him a lot in writing this International Book.
