🎨 VRChat Asset Terms of Service

Thank you for supporting my work! By purchasing, downloading, or using any of my VRChat assets or avatars, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are designed to protect both the creator (that’s me!) and you as a user, while keeping things fair and respectful.

🔒 Ownership & Usage Rights

• All assets are for personal use only unless otherwise stated in the product description.
• Commercial use is not allowed unless it is explicitly permitted on the product page.
• You may use these assets for photos, videos, and content shared on social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar.
• You are also allowed to use them in monetized content, including platforms like OnlyFans — as long as the actual files are not being shared or distributed.

🚫 What You Cannot Do

• ❌ No Refunds – All digital purchases are final. Please review the product details carefully before buying.
• ❌ No Split Cost Sharing – Group buys or sharing the cost of files between multiple people is not allowed.
• ❌ Do Not Redistribute – You may not share, re-upload, or resell my assets, whether edited or not.
• ❌ Do Not Claim as Your Own – Retexturing or modifying an asset does not make it your original character or design. I retain full rights to all designs.
• ❌ No Commissioning Without Ownership – If you're hiring someone (e.g., for retextures or edits), both you and the artist must legally own the original files.

✅ What You Can Do

• ✅ Modify the assets for personal use (within the bounds of this ToS).
• ✅ Use the assets on social platforms, including for monetized content (as long as the files aren’t being shared).
• ✅ Credit is appreciated but not required — tagging me helps and supports the work!

📌 Legal Stuff & Enforcement

Violation of these terms may result in loss of access to future updates, support, or products. In serious cases, legal action may be pursued for copyright infringement or breach of licensing terms.

These terms may be updated occasionally. Any major changes will be posted alongside product updates or on my main sales platform.
