Ben Ashero Egberi

Ben Ashero Egberi was born on March 4, 1974 in Ogoja, Cross River State, Nigeria.

From way back high school days, Ben began to create public enlightenment and sensitization of the people for positive change through, not surprisingly, his favoured weapon of the written word.

Ashero Egberi began writing and producing stage dramas and other stage productions aimed at creating positive societal change from very early days in his Idum-Mbube locality, the Ogoja urban area, and later Calabar, the Cross River State capital, in Nigeria and has continued to do so elsewhere to this day.

After his university education he had a brief stint as events manager at the Nimbus African Art Centre, Ikoyi, Lagos, where he continued to do what he loves the most, creating positive change through the written/stage work.

Ben Ashero-Egberi is CEO and founder of AC&C, a communication outfit in Abuja, Nigeria. He is a graduate of Mass Communication from the University of Lagos and has authored other works including Letter From Africa, a treatise of the African dilemma targeting a global audience(AC&C Publishing, 2014), Swift Stabs, a stage play promoting moral values (Milhaus Publishing, 2002), amongst many others.

Ben was a presidential aspirant in the last presidential election in Nigeria with fresh ideas on how to make his country Nigeria, and every developing country especially in Africa, attain true greatness.
