Belinda Glover

Belinda Glover is a Chef & PT - combinines her absolute passion for creating and eating good, real, healthy food with her love for helping others with their health, holistically. In 2015 she converted to a 100% Vegan, almost entirely Raw food diet for health reasons and experienced a massive increase in energy, experienced a new high sense of vitality, and felt the healthiest ever, totally thriving for the first time in the longest time. On her new cooking and eating adventures she found new fun challenge, but more so great reward in a whole new way of preparing whole food, plant only ingredients.  Belinda loves nothing more than to share what she learns, and what she creates in her happiest place, the kitchen.
