This Agreement is entered into by and between Blak Rice Pte Ltd (the "Company") and the purchaser (the "Buyer"), which may be either an individual consumer or a corporate entity. The specific title of the online course purchased (the "Course") and the final mutually agreed-upon course fee (the "Course Fee") are explicitly specified and reflected in the autogenerated electronic receipt issued to the Buyer immediately upon a successful transaction. The Buyer acknowledges that this autogenerated receipt serves as the official confirmation of purchase and contains all necessary transactional data. It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to retain and file this receipt for their own taxation, corporate accounting, or financial record-keeping purposes.

All buyers acknowledge that the training programs provided by Blak Rice Pte Ltd are delivered exclusively as online, asynchronous, self-paced learning courses. There are no live lecturers, instructors, or mentors designated to facilitate, guide, or provide real-time support during the training modules. Throughout the curriculum, learners will navigate a non-graded assessment designed solely to test their personal knowledge, track progress, and reinforce comprehension of the material. A premier benefit of this learning model is that it features no fixed completion time limits, offering buyers unlimited, lifetime viewing of all instructional videos and interactive exercises. Learners are encouraged to review the content as many times as necessary to build ultimate confidence before completing the course.

Second, you can click from the last plan option ("Excel - Burger outlet") to download a free, comprehensive worksheet to independently test and experience our hands-on practical exercises. We strongly encourage all individual and corporate buyers to utilize these free resources to thoroughly assess and evaluate whether the course curriculum, delivery style, and structural depth are suitable for your educational needs before making a final commitment.

By purchasing or enrolling in this course, you agree that all payments made by individuals or corporate entities are strictly non-refundable. Once access to the Course materials, platform, or proprietary content is granted, or upon receipt of corporate booking confirmation, no refunds, cancellations, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-usage, scheduling conflicts, or employee turnover. For corporate clients, the total fee is fixed upon signing, and no partial refunds will be provided if fewer individual users complete the training than originally contracted.

 To enroll as a single user, click on the Bronze 1 plan option on our platform. Proceed to the checkout page, where you will be required to register for a personal customer account to secure your access. Immediately upon successful payment, an official transaction receipt with a license key will be automatically sent to the email address you provided. To begin your training, simply log in to your newly created account, access your dashboard, and start learning at your own pace. Once you have successfully completed all modules of the Course, an official course certificate will be automatically generated and made available through your account portal.

To enroll a team, select the corporate course tier that matches your required headcount: Silver 5 (for up to 5 license), Copper 15 (for up to 15 license), or Gold 25 (for up to 25 license). During the checkout process, the purchaser (usually program administrator or training team lead) must register for a customer account using a valid corporate email address; this account holder will serve as the designated Course Administrator. Upon successful payment, an automated transaction receipt with a Master Corporate License Key will be sent to the provided corporate email. Course Administrator will need to download the instruction guide and forward to enrolled employees for them to register their respective individual accounts using the unique license key given. All enrolled employees will receive their individual course certificate upon successful completion.

Multi-user licenses provided by Blak Rice Pte Ltd are sold in structured capacity tiers based on your total team size. A 5-user license is designed for small teams and accommodates anywhere from 2 to 5 individual users. A 15-user license scales up your access, allowing entry for up to 15 individual users. A 25-user license serves larger departments, providing training seats for up to 25 individual users. For organizations requiring a custom volume or anything exceeding 25 users, we provide a Customised license tier. Companies under the Customised tier will need to contact directly at onlinecourse@blakrice.com.sg for customisation on the training timeline, seat capacity and certification design.
