About Me

Cathy is a Life and Mindset Coach, Author, Blogger, & Speaker. 


Cathy holds a Masters in Psychology, International Accredited Holistic Health + Mindset Coach, & Ayurveda Practitioner.


After losing her sister Cathy was led me to grief counseling that transitioned into health and mindset coaching after she saw the vast lack of true self-love her clients had for themselves and an even more massive gap in positive mindset. Shes always been drawn to help, heal and make the people around her feel good by connecting and understand their thoughts and self-talk is just as important as the food they fuel their body with and how often they move their body. 


Cathy started her own practice inspiring women to live a beautifully holistic life in harmony through focusing on positive psychology that reminds people that happiness and health are more than the absence of unhappiness and disease. As an Ayurveda Practitioner, she focuses on diet, digestion & nutrition according to each individual, unique in their physical, mental & emotional characteristics, to help restore the body.


Cathy's message is that there is more to life than just surviving. There is thriving, flourishing and soaring.
