Because each piece is custom-made to your specifications, we want to be transparent about how returns and refunds are handled.

This page outlines our final-sale policy for personalized items, what qualifies for review, and how to contact us if something isn’t right.

Please read before ordering so we can keep your experience positive and worry-free. 


All Sales on Custom Items Are Final

Each Craf-Tee custom creation is uniquely designed and personalized just for you.

For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds once production has begun.


Order Accuracy & Proofs

Before production starts, you’ll receive confirmation of your design details based on the information submitted in your Custom Order Form.

Please review your form and invoice carefully — Craf-Tee’s is not responsible for errors provided by the customer (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect colors, wrong sizes, etc.). Once approved and materials are ordered, changes cannot be made without additional charges.


Deposits & Cancellations

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.

If you request to cancel before production has started, your deposit may still be retained to cover materials and design time.

If production has begun, the full order amount is due and non-refundable.


Defects or Damage

We take great pride in quality craftsmanship! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photos and your order number at info@craf-teecreations.store.

We’ll gladly review and work with you to repair or replace the item where appropriate.


PLEASE NOTE: Slight variations in color, placement, or finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
