About the Isla Rope Tote
The Isla Rope Tote is a structured, everyday bag made with cotton rope. It is designed to be durable, elegant, and practical at the same time. The texture created by working in the back loop only gives it a unique, modern look while keeping the bag sturdy.
It is perfect for daily use, beach days, shopping, and travel.
Materials
You will need 5 mm cotton rope or macrame cord (approximately 240 meters / 262 yards), a 7 mm crochet hook, a stitch marker, a yarn needle, and scissors.
Finished Size and Skill Level
The finished bag measures approximately 46 × 40 cm.
Skill level: Intermediate.
Language: US Crochet Terms.
Construction: Worked in continuous rounds from the base upward.
Crochet Notes
All single crochet stitches are worked in the back loop only. Always mark the last stitch of each round and move the stitch marker forward as you continue. The pattern is worked in continuous rounds without joining.
