My name is Dave,
I grew up with a love of food given to me by both my parents and of course my grandmother but my love of cooking for others came from watching my father when I was young cooking in his restaurant in New Zealand. I loved the pressure of cooking in an exciting & sometimes stressful environment. I worked in the industry on and off for 30+ years and only stopped when my health dictated it so.
Now I just cook at home and like to share my food with others so please enjoy.
