Tips to help you develop new habits| transform your life to live the life of your dreams.

If you want to change your life, work on yourself. Don't think that if you change the world you will see the success, putting efforts in changing the world is idiotic. Change comes from within. Change yourself and the world will eventually become what you've always desired of. By Habit365


Transforming life requires patience, discipline and consistency. But the first step to transform life is to develop habits that can actually lead you to your dream life.

Habits are the actions (disciplined actions) that you perform to achieve success. But for developing a habit you need to be consistent in your actions. Nothing can be achieved overnight but by consistency of your actions.

So try to develop new habits but start slow don't overburden yourself.


Here is some tips to help you develop new habits easily.


Take small steps:

Don't overburden yourself start slow with small steps. Adopt one habit forexample, if you want to develop reading habit, start reading only two pages and then increase gradually.


Have a Habit checklist:

Reward yourself:

Reward yourself after you have done practicing your new habit for 7 days or 30 days. Reward yourself with anything that you love like eat a chocolate, go for a shopping anything. In this way you will feel motivated and confident.


Practice growth mindset:

Don't be discourage if you miss practicing your habit for a day. Do it next day more perfectly. Remember patience is a key. Every set back doesn't mean failure, it's an opportunity to learn and reflect. If you miss for a day, see how your day went without practicing that habit and do it next day, in this way you will learn about your feelings for that particular habit.
