Hypno Dream & Past Life Regression

In my journey to becoming a holistic healer, I had the honor of being taught by Randall Churchill, a 50 years master in the field of hypnotherapy. Under his guidance, I became highly trained in hypno-dreamwork, a powerful approach that uses dreams as a gateway to the subconscious. Through this work, I’ve learned to help clients read and interpret their dreams, unlocking deep insights into their emotional and psychological landscapes.

One of the most transformative tools I use is regression work, which allows individuals to revisit past experiences—whether in this lifetime or beyond—to heal unresolved emotions and traumas. These sessions provide a safe space to explore memories that may be impacting your current life and help you find resolution, clarity, and healing.

By combining dreamwork with regression, I offer a unique and profound path to understanding the inner workings of the mind, accessing deeper layers of the self, and facilitating personal transformation. In addition to Clinical Hypnotherapy, I am also a student of Gestalt Therapy, which is rooted in the idea of staying present and fully experiencing the "here and now." Rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, Gestalt Therapy encourages us to take ownership of our current experiences.
