Frequently Asked Questions

How to install Illustrator and/or Photoshop Patterns?

- Illustrator: Patterns are .AI or .ASE Swatches

Go to Window > Swatch Libraries > Other Library

Locate the Illustrator pattern swatch file ending in .ai or .ase, then click open.

Your swatches will show up as a separate Swatch Panel.

Alternately, you can open the .AI file as a normal Illustrator file. The file might look blank, but the swatches will appear in your Swatches Panel (Window > Swatches.)

- Photoshop: Patterns are .PAT files

Go to Edit > Preset > Preset Manager… then select the Patterns preset type.

Click Load… then locate the file ending in .pat, and click open.

Your patterns will be available to use in Layer > Layer Styles > Pattern Overlay.

How to Unzip files?

On Windows:

1. Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from.

2. Do one of the following:

- To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.

- To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

On Mac:

There’s nothing to do when you need to unzip a zipped file except double-click on it. The Archive Utility that you use to zip files unzips them for you as well. So, you don’t need a third-party app and you don’t need to open the Archive Utility because it handles those compressed files for you automatically.

Once you double-click to unzip a file, a folder will pop up in the same spot. Open the folder and there are the compressed files.

What software do I need?

ZIP: WINZIP is needed to extract the files from the zip folder.

PNG and JPEG: Gimp / Photoshop/PSE / Corel Paint / Microsoft Word / Publisher

EPS and SVG: Adobe Illustrator / Corel Draw / Indesign / Silhouette Studio / Cricut

Do I have to credit your shop?

Yes! If you don't wish to do this you can purchase Commercial or Extended License. Each license is good for one set of Illustrations, Vector Patterns or Digital Papers. The cost of the license does not include the cost of the clipart or paper set, this must be purchased separately.

How are the items shipped?

This shop does NOT ship any physical products! All items are available for instant digital download once payment is complete.

Can I use your designs "AS IS" for my Commercial projects?

No. The graphics may not be used as is, in a stand-alone fashion, but rather needs to form part of a new design that incorporates other resources, graphics and / or text.

What is your refund policy?

Due to the digital and instant download nature of the products returns are not accepted.
