MusicJournalPro Terms of Use

By using MusicJournalPro, the user agrees to these Terms of Use. If the app is downloaded from the App Store, use is also subject to the applicable Apple and App Store terms.

1. Purpose of the app

MusicJournalPro is a tool for organizing notes, study sessions, ideas, repertoire, media files, reminders, categories, and information related to the user's music work.

2. Permitted use

The user may use the app to manage personal, professional, or creative content, in compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights.

3. User content

The user remains the owner of and responsible for the content entered in the app, including text, notes, tags, categories, file references, and organizational information. MusicJournalPro does not claim ownership of the user's content.

4. Linked files

MusicJournalPro may link audio, video, and PDF files selected by the user. The app stores references to files but does not modify the originals. The user is responsible for the availability, licensing, backup, and retention of original files.

5. Reminders and notifications

Reminders and local notifications are support tools. The user remains responsible for checking deadlines, activities, lessons, events, or commitments. The app does not guarantee that a notification will always be delivered in every circumstance, as delivery may depend on macOS, user settings, Focus modes, permissions, and system state.

6. Backups and exports

The app may create backups and exports when requested by the user. The user is responsible for safely storing backups and exported files, especially if they are shared or saved outside the Mac.

7. No professional advice

MusicJournalPro is an organizational and creative tool. It does not provide legal, tax, medical, financial, or professional advice.

8. Availability and changes

The app is provided with the goal of being stable and useful, but features may change, be updated, or be removed over time. The app is not guaranteed to be error-free or available under every condition.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for data loss, interruptions, missed reminders, issues caused by moved or removed files, misuse of the app, or consequences arising from exports and backups managed by the user.

L'app non garantisce che una notifica venga sempre consegnata in ogni circostanza, poiche il comportamento puo dipendere da macOS, impostazioni dell'utente, modalita Non disturbare, permessi e stato del sistema.

6. Backup ed esportazioni

L'app puo creare backup ed esportazioni su richiesta dell'utente. L'utente e responsabile della conservazione sicura dei backup e dei file esportati, soprattutto se vengono condivisi o salvati fuori dal Mac.
