LICENSE TYPES

PERSONAL LICENSE

• Use in NON-COMMERCIAL projects: personal videos, student films, demo reels, or non-monetized YouTube/social media.
• No commercial use, broadcast, or resale.
• No stems or deliverables included.

STANDARD LICENSE

• Use in COMMERCIAL projects: monetized YouTube, social media, indie films, podcasts, advertisements, and client/corporate videos.
• No broadcast (TV, radio, theatrical) or resale.
• No stems or deliverables included.

PREMIUM LICENSE

• Use ANYWHERE: TV, radio, theatrical, film, streaming, games, apps, or online content.
• Includes full track PLUS premium deliverables (stems, instrumentals, alternate versions, edits, loops, and variations where provided).
• Deliverables may only be used within the same licensed project and may not be reused to create new standalone works.
• No resale or relicensing.

“Perpetual” applies to projects created during your active license period. Each new project requires a new license.

WHAT YOU CAN DO (✔ ALLOWED)

• Sync the music with film, video, podcast, app, or game.
• Trim, loop, fade, or adjust volume/tempo to fit timing.
• Edit and mix stems or deliverables within your licensed project (Premium only).
• Add sound effects, dialogue, or voice-over over the music.
• Monetize content if covered under Standard or Premium license.
• Use worldwide and in perpetuity for the licensed project.
• Optional credit: “Music by Gregory Webb”

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO (✘ PROHIBITED)

• Resell, share, or re-upload the track or deliverables on any platform.
• Claim authorship or register the track in Content ID systems.
• Use in logos, trademarks, X-rated content, hateful, or defamatory material.
• Create remixes, sample packs, or new standalone music from the track or deliverables without written permission.
• Extract or redistribute stems or deliverables outside the licensed project.
• Train AI or machine learning systems using this track or deliverables.
• Exceed the permissions of your license tier (e.g., broadcast use under Standard License).

LEGAL NOTES

• You receive synchronization rights only (no ownership or publishing rights).
• Track and deliverables are provided “as is”; no refunds.
• Licensor’s liability is limited to the purchase price.
• License may be revoked for breach or illegal use.
• Governed by applicable local jurisdiction and law.

DELIVERY

• Main tracks delivered in MP3 (320kbps) and 24-bit or 32-bit WAV formats.
• Premium licenses may include additional deliverables (stems, alternates, edits, etc.), delivered as WAV files.
