Thank you for interests in a Gregory Webb sound-design product.
This license applies exclusively to sound effects, sound-design elements, textures, atmospheres, transitions, impacts, drones, tonal elements, experimental sounds, and other sound-design assets created and distributed by Gregory Webb, unless a specific product states otherwise.
By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using these sound-design assets, you agree to the terms of this License Agreement.

The full End-User License Agreement below contains the complete license terms.

You may:
• Use the sound-design assets in unlimited personal and commercial creative projects.
• Use them in films, videos, trailers, advertisements, television, broadcast productions, streaming content, YouTube videos, social-media content, podcasts, games, applications, websites, interactive media, music productions, and similar creative works.

• Distribute and exhibit completed productions worldwide.
• Continue using the sound-design assets indefinitely after purchase.
No additional royalties or recurring license fees are required for permitted uses.
WHAT YOU CANNOT DO
The sound-design assets themselves may not be redistributed, resold, shared, sublicensed, or made available as standalone assets.
You may not:
• Resell or redistribute the original sound files.
• Share, transfer, copy, or give the sound files to another person who has not obtained their own license.
• Upload the sounds to stock-media websites, sound libraries, sample libraries, marketplaces, torrents, file-sharing services, public download sites, or similar services.
• Include the sounds in another sound-effects library, sound-design pack, sample pack, asset bundle, construction kit, preset collection, or similar product.
• Include the sounds in a template, project file, game, application, or other product when the original or substantially isolated sound files can be extracted and reused independently.
• Offer the sounds as standalone downloads, whether free or paid.
• Sell or distribute modified versions of the sounds as standalone sound effects, samples, or sound-design assets.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original recordings or sound-design assets.
• Register the standalone sound files as your own copyrighted recordings.
• Sublicense, assign, transfer, or sell your license to another individual or organization.
• Use the sounds to create a competing sound library, sound-effects collection, sample collection, or sound-design product whose primary value is the included audio assets.
• Use the sounds to train, develop, fine-tune, evaluate, or supply datasets for artificial intelligence, generative AI, machine-learning, or similar systems.
IMPORTANT USAGE REQUIREMENT
The sound-design assets must be incorporated into a larger creative work.
Examples include:
• Films
• Videos
• Trailers
• Advertisements
• Games
• Applications
• Podcasts
• Broadcast productions
• Streaming productions
• Interactive media
• Online content
• Music productions
• Client productions
The sounds may be edited heavily, layered, transformed, or used prominently within a project.
However, the completed project must provide creative value beyond simply distributing the sound file itself.
The sound-design assets may not be distributed as standalone reusable assets.
CREDIT & ATTRIBUTION
Credit is not required when using Gregory Webb sound-design assets in a permitted project.
However, attribution is always appreciated when practical.
If you choose to provide credit, you may use:
Sound Design Assets by Gregory Webb or Additional Sound Design by Gregory Webb
You may also credit the specific sound library or collection used if desired.
Failure to provide credit does not invalidate an otherwise permitted use under this license.
You may not imply that Gregory Webb endorses, sponsors, or is affiliated with your project unless separate written permission has been granted.
CLIENT WORK
You may use the sound-design assets in work created for clients.
A completed production containing the sounds may be delivered to your client.
However, your license does not give the client ownership of or independent access to the original sound-design files.
Raw or isolated source files from the purchased library may not be transferred to a client for use outside of the completed project.
If a client requires independent access to the original sound-design assets, they must obtain their own license.
TEAM & ORGANIZATION USE
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, this license is issued to the individual purchaser.
The sound-design files may not be freely distributed between employees, contractors, collaborators, production companies, agencies, or other team members as a shared sound library.
Other individuals who require independent access to the original source files must obtain their own license.
This restriction does not prevent collaborators or clients from working with completed or rendered productions containing the sound-design assets.
GAMES, APPS & INTERACTIVE MEDIA
The sound-design assets may be incorporated into games, applications, websites, and interactive productions provided that the sounds are integrated into the finished product and are not intentionally distributed as an independently accessible sound library.
Reasonable technical packaging, compression, encoding, and implementation within a finished game or application is permitted.
You must take reasonable steps to prevent users from accessing the original sound-design files as standalone reusable assets.
MUSIC & AUDIO PRODUCTIONS
The sound-design assets may be incorporated into songs, scores, compositions, podcasts, radio productions, soundscapes, and other larger audio productions.
The completed work must represent a larger creative production and may not function primarily as a redistribution of the original sound-design assets.
Editing or processing an individual sound does not by itself create the right to resell that sound as a new standalone sound effect or sample.
MODIFICATION DOES NOT TRANSFER OWNERSHIP
You are welcome to modify the sound-design assets for use within your permitted projects.
Editing, processing, layering, pitching, reversing, stretching, distorting, resampling, or otherwise modifying a sound does not transfer ownership of the underlying source recording to you.
Modified versions may not be redistributed or sold as standalone sound effects, samples, or sound-design assets.
OWNERSHIP
All original sound recordings and sound-design assets covered by this license remain the intellectual property of Gregory Webb, except where otherwise expressly stated.
Your purchase grants you a license to use the sound-design assets under these terms.
It does not transfer ownership of the original recordings, source files, or underlying sound-design material.
ROYALTY-FREE DOES NOT MEAN COPYRIGHT-FREE
“Royalty-Free” means that once properly licensed, you do not need to pay Gregory Webb additional royalties each time the sound-design assets are used in a permitted project.
It does not mean that the sounds are public domain, copyright-free, or free to redistribute.
All applicable ownership rights are retained by Gregory Webb.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE & MACHINE LEARNING
The sound-design assets may not be used, uploaded, licensed, supplied, or made available for the purpose of:
• Training artificial intelligence systems
• Training generative audio models
• Machine-learning datasets
• Model fine-tuning
• Dataset creation or augmentation
• Audio-model development
• Sound-generation model training
• Evaluation or benchmarking of generative audio systems
• Any substantially similar automated learning system
This restriction applies to both the original sound files and isolated or substantially recognizable versions of them.
LICENSE TERM
The license is perpetual for purchases made in accordance with these terms.
You may continue using the sound-design assets in permitted projects indefinitely.
Projects lawfully created under this license may continue to be distributed after their completion.
TERMINATION
Your rights under this license may terminate if you materially violate these terms.
If the license is terminated because of a violation, you must stop using and distributing the sound-design assets except where continued use is otherwise required by applicable law or separately authorized in writing.
REFUNDS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Sound-design products are digital goods.
Any refund policy stated on the store or product page at the time of purchase applies separately from this license.
Receiving a refund, chargeback, or cancellation may terminate the corresponding license to use the downloaded sound-design assets unless otherwise agreed in writing.
NO EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS
This is a non-exclusive license.
The same sound-design assets may be licensed to other customers and used in other productions.
Purchasing a sound-design product does not grant exclusive ownership or exclusive usage rights unless an exclusive agreement has been provided separately in writing.
LICENSE TYPE
Unless otherwise stated for a specific sound-design product, Gregory Webb sound-design assets are licensed under the following terms:
