Lessons I have learnt from Yah:
#1 People have different versions of love, someone may say they love you and mean it. But it still feels like they hate you. At this point, you should question whether their definition of love is the same as yours. Te Bible says:
4 Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant 5 or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful;[a] 6 it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. 7 Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. ( 1 Corinthians 13:4-7 ESV).
#2 Someone's actions show you their true intentions, if they say they want what's best for you and then harm you emotionally, physically, or verbally it is clear their actions tell you something different than their words. I’ve learned that someone who wants what's best for you, wants what Yah wants for you, if they try to direct you away from that path and in any way they may be an enemy in decize.
#3 Yah has taught me to “give the grace they don’t deserve, give them the grace they cannot earn.” Just as we do not deserve the grace extended to us by Yah's compassion he gives it to us anyway because that is a part of his character.
And Yahuah passed by before him, and proclaimed, Yahuah, Yahuah El, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, SHEMOTH 34:6-6 את CEPHER
#4 I’ve learnt that pleasing Yah is more important than pleasing others. At times in life, we were told that service to others is service to Yah, but that's not always the case. In reality, defying the will of others at times is the will of Yah. Putting Yah first is not just about putting his needs before your own, it's putting his needs before the desires of your family, friends, and the like. Sometimes this means removing people in your life that act as parasites to your walk. If you are acting in service to others in a way that is taking you away from your work for Yah they may be a distraction from the enemy. Service for others must be guided by Yah and not simply because of our own will.
#5 True peace is about letting your faith be greater than your worries, fears, desires, hopes, aspirations, dreams, and so on. It's about being seated in heavenly places and letting Yah take complete control over every aspect of your life. It is difficult to let go of control and the cares of this world can easily center stage in our minds. That is why we are called to set our thoughts on good things.
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. PHILIPPIYM 4:8-8 את CEPHER
To be seated we must believe in fundamental truths Yah says about us. We have to be able to take the words given to us by others and either reject or accept them based on the truths Yah as said about each of us. Peace comes when your life is grounded in truth.
