All IAMAPPAREL pieces are created and dispatched with care.

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 working days. During launches or high-demand periods, this may take slightly longer - we appreciate your patience.

Shipping times

• UK orders: 2-5 working days once dispatched
• International orders: 7-14 working days (depending on location)

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by postal services beyond our control.

Returns 

We want you to feel good about what you wear.

If something isn't right, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must still be attached
• Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
