Base Engagement Pricing Zone 1 — Within 50 miles of Stanwood, MI — No travel surcharge
- Up to 2 hours: $800+
- Up to 3 hours: $1,200+
- Up to 4 hours: $1,500+
Michigan Travel Zones A travel surcharge applies for engagements beyond 50 miles. All surcharges are added to base engagement pricing.
- Zone 2 — 51–100 miles (Grand Rapids, Traverse City, Mount Pleasant): Add $150–$200
- Zone 3 — 101–150 miles (Lansing, Kalamazoo, Holland): Add $300–$400 — overnight accommodations may apply for evening events
- Zone 4 — 151–200+ miles (Detroit metro, Ann Arbor, Flint): Add $500+ plus travel and accommodations
