Step 1: New Client Intake

Every new client begins with a comprehensive health intake and hair mineral analysis — one of the most revealing diagnostic tools available outside of conventional medicine. Hair mineral analysis assesses your body's current mineral levels, heavy metal burden, and metabolic patterns at a cellular level, providing a picture of your health that standard bloodwork frequently misses entirely.
Your intake health questionnaire and hair analysis kit are mailed within 72 hours of scheduling — for remote clients, everything arrives directly to your door. Your personal health information remains fully private and secure throughout.

Please note: For accurate mineral analysis results, hair must not have been recently dyed, permed, or chemically treated. If your hair has been chemically treated, please allow enough new untreated growth before providing your sample. If you have questions about this, reach out before scheduling.

After reviewing your intake and hair mineral analysis results, Dr. Kristen Nance designs a comprehensive, personalized plan of care to restore balance and support your body's natural capacity to heal. No two plans are the same — because no two bodies are the same.
Your plan may include:
- Targeted supplement, vitamin, and mineral recommendations
- Dietary adjustments tailored specifically to your body's current state
- Lifestyle strategies to support mind, body, and spirit in alignment
Supplement recommendations are fulfilled through FullScript — a professional-grade supplement dispensary that ships your personalized products directly to your door. Supplements are available for an additional fee and are always optional, never required.
Step 3: Follow-Up & Support
Your Body Evolves. Your Plan Should Too.
Your initial package includes a 3-week follow-up check-in to review your progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan as needed. After that, ongoing follow-up appointments are available to established clients as your wellness journey continues.
Consistent follow-up is where the real transformation happens — as your body responds to the plan, your care evolves with it.
Follow-up policy:
- Follow-up appointments are available exclusively to established clients who have completed the new client assessment and testing
- Additional sessions are billed individually
- Your 3-week check-in is included in your new client package at no additional cost
