I didn't start a photography business to spend my nights chasing contracts.
For years, my "system" was a mess I'm almost embarrassed to describe: inquiries buried in email, contracts in a separate app, invoices in a spreadsheet, client notes in my phone, shot lists on crumpled paper in my back pocket, galleries on yet another platform. Every booking meant retyping the same client details four times. Every slow week meant wondering which invoices were actually unpaid.
Sound familiar? If you're a working photographer, it probably does. We didn't get into this for the admin. But the admin is what eats us alive.
Systems first
The first fix wasn't software — it was systems. I mapped out my entire client experience end to end: what happens from first inquiry to final gallery delivery, every email, every touchpoint, every document. That's what became The Portrait Client Experience System here in this store — the actual workflows I run my studio on.
Systems helped. A lot. But I kept hitting the same wall: my systems lived across five different tools that didn't talk to each other. The workflow was right; the scattered tools were still bleeding me dry.
So I built the software
For the last year, I've been building FrameOps — the photography command center. One place for clients, contracts, invoices, galleries, workflows, and scheduling. Plus AI that does real photography work: it drafts inquiry replies in my voice from my packages, scores my leads, culls my photos, and there's a live voice On-Set Director that talks me through the shoot. Mid-wedding, I asked "how many shots do we have left?" and it answered straight from my shot list — vineyard walk, toast reactions, dance floor wide, sparkler exit.
I'm a working photographer. I built the tool I wished existed, because I was drowning in the same admin you are.
Founders Access is open
FrameOps is in beta now, and I'm opening Founders Access. Early access, locked pricing forever — $19.99/mo, and that rate never goes up for founders — plus a direct say in the roadmap. Our Founders HQ on Telegram is already live: founders submit ideas, report bugs, and vote on what gets built next, with a direct line to me. No ticket queue.
If the admin side of your business is held together by spreadsheets and memory, I'd love your eyes on it: frameops.app

P.S. The systems in this store are still the foundation. FrameOps is what happens when those systems get software behind them. Start with the Client Experience System, then come run it all from one command center.
