How To Book Your Appointment
- Click THIS LINK to schedule your appointment. If this is your first visit please select First Visit Integrative Health Appointment. A $50 deposit is held to secure your appointment. After your appointment the $50 is returned to your VISA.
- Come back to this site and make your donation for the appointment type that you chose. All donations are given before appointments commence. You can make your donation through the links below.
- You will receive an email with details and a link to your virtual consultation. If this is your First Visit then you will also receive a welcome email and an intake form to fill out in advance.

Book this appointment if this is your first time seeing Jason or it has been over 3 years since your last appointment.
For longer more in depth cases, reviewing lots of lab tests or if it has been a year or longer since your last visit.
Booked for all Second Visits to review lab tests and set up individualized programs. Also for longer follow up appointments.

Insurance Coverage
All appointments will be invoiced as Integrative Health Consultations by Jason Loken, NOT as naturopathic medicine or osteopathy. Services may not be covered by extended health benefits. It is up to the individual to check with their own insurance company as to whether or not integrative health consultation are covered. Although Jason holds several designations and titles through his training in Naturopathic Medicine and Osteopathy he has chosen to relinquish these titles and practitioner numbers in order to work with you in the broadest and most beneficial way possible.
