You want to have repeat customers and referrals and this is an excellent way to get that while strengthening your relationship with your customers through personalized stories. You can even offer deals and discounts to your list to make it even more exclusive.

Your audience is made up of a mix of people including your target audience, so why not do more targeted marketing by adding potential purchasers to your close friends list, so you can share tips and tricks and build your know like trust factor.
