Johnny Luk

Johnny Luk has spent years understanding and smashing job assessments – and is currently leading strategy and policy for a Fortune 500 work place solution company, the largest recruitment agency in the world. During the height of the UK financial crisis, he obtained seven separate internship and graduate offers. He has also run a seven-digit company, was a Senior Policy Advisor for Brexit in the Government and in 2018 was the youngest non-student Governor of a UK University. Johnny is also a popular writer and blogger.

Johnny was the Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of University and College Entrepreneurs (NACUE), making him one of the youngest CEO of a national charity in the UK, representing the interests of 32,000 people across 260 campuses. 

He was one of the youngest successful candidates of the Civil Service Fast Stream, serving in a number of business and trade functions. He was also the co-founder of Inspired & Hired, an award-winning project on employment that won an award by the Business Secretary.

Johnny is a Natural Sciences graduate from Durham University and school was the 2009 National Schools Rowing Gold Medallist and Captain of Boats.
