Karl Lancaster is an only child born in Paddington London England in 1955 to working class parents. He went to an average secondary modern school and later held down several very uninspiring jobs.
In his forties he joined the Metropolitan Police and also took up kung fu. By his fifties he had become a trainer at the Metropolitan Police College in Hendon London and had also become world, European and UK champion in kung fu.
These days Karl teaches first aid and tai chi as a freelance trainer, writes and dabbles in the antique market. He lives with his wife Trisha and two sons in Romford Essex UK. http://karllancaster-author.yolasite.com/
