the map of a fictional world called Arkipelago, an island continent filled with fantasy creatures

World of Arkipelago

Arkipelago is an island continent located in the heart of the Heraboi's world. The island contains a vast array of cities and landscape, spanning across various smaller islands, each with their own unique culture and traditions.

Different biomes string together to form countless habitats, each filled of Mons of different types living together. Though our technology vary greatly between Mons, tribes, and communities, we nonetheless have learned to coexist in a relatively peaceful period.

Notable Cities of Arkipelago

ArkTree City

The center point of my current cartography efforts. ArkTree City is a large city notable for having the Ark Tree growing out the middle of it. The city's culture revolves around the mystic legends of the ancient Ark Tree, and historically acted as a safe haven for many to escape war and strife. It is here where I've met Heraboi, who lives in one of the many habitats in ArkTree City.

Main population type:

Trade City of Strait

Strait is a trade city located next to the Strait River, figures. Strait is a rich city both in resources and wealth, and Mons of all walks of life come and go within its borders for all sorts of reasons. It is sometimes considered the sister of ArkTree City, and denizens of the two tend to mix well. This is the city I'm most familiar with, and who knows, chances are you have been there yourself as well.

Main population type:

City of Norms

Located in the north of Arkipelago, Norms is the capital city of Arkipelago. It's said that Norms is the home to Arkipelago's top intellectuals, but despite this, the city is incredibly close off towards the outside world. Its closed nature harbours many mysteries about itself and the history of Arkipelago. When I've finished documenting ArkTree City, I'll try to investigate Norms.

Main population type:

The cartography of Arkipelago is still relatively new, and there are still many places that my team and I haven't quite fully documented yet. However, much progress have been made! My journal is recorded for all to see, and I look forward to continue reporting my findings as time goes along.
