Kennedy Magana has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 12 years. His experience includes designing and implementing individualized and group fitness programs to achieve a variety of goals for his clients. These goals include body building, fat loss, functional training and core conditioning. He is also an experienced Pilates Coach, and is versed in training clients recovering from various injuries or those with exercise limitations.
He holds Group Fitness and Personal Trainer certifications from American Council on Exercise (ACE). His unique skills and experience have led him to achieve outstanding weight loss results for his clients and he has been able to empower and motivate them to lead fitter and healthier lives.
In 2013, he founded www.link2fitness.co.ke where he gives out free and insightful information on matters relating to fitness, nutrition and wellness.
