I love people, and my passion is helping individuals move past what holds them back and take ownership of their lives.

After decades of leadership roles, I discovered that my collaborative leadership style is best described as 'walking alongside someone,' and that is precisely what coaching embodies.

I embarked on a journey to gain expertise in the art of coaching, and it has been a game changer. Understanding that each person possesses the wisdom and knowledge to find their own answers has been transformational.

To reflect my commitment to excellence in coaching, I am a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Master Certified Coach certified by Coach Masters Academy. 

Outside of my coaching practice, I serve as a trustee and treasurer for my marae in Hikutaia, where we're actively fundraising for a wharenui and wharekai. As a member of the 'lost generation' when it comes to te reo, I've embarked on a journey to reconnect with my roots, with Otairī in Whangamatā holding a special place in my heart.
