Refund Policies

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your items within 60 days for a full 100% refund.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Due to the personalized nature of these orders we are not able to accept returns on any items that have been personalized or custom made for you. We are not responsible for orders with incorrect information or typos due to customer error. Additionally, we are not responsible for orders with typos that were viewed and approved by the customer during proofing.

Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order for a full refund within 2 business days from when you ordered, only if your order has not yet been processed in any way, meaning:

  • you have not yet received a proof via email
  • you have not downloaded a DIY printable file
  • you have not purchased an instant download file (these purchases are non-refundable)
  • your order has not been printed and/or shipped yet

If all of these conditions apply and you wish to cancel, simply email sales@mangohillbooks.com with your order number and we can help.

Color

All images are high-resolution printed by professional print shops, however, print colors may vary depending on your monitor calibration. Colors on products you receive may vary slightly from the image you see on your screen. If the color is extremely important to you, it is best to do a test print of colors before deciding to purchase.

Refund policy


We generally accept returns or exchanges of most products purchased from our online shop unless otherwise noted within a specific product's description (these include some apparel, so please check before you buy!). 


To start a return, you can contact us at shop@snowleopard.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on some apparel items that are shipped from 3rd party partners, these items are noted in their descriptions. 


Exchanges

Email shop@snowleopard.org with any questions about exchanging a product. Please note, most of our handmade goods are one-of-a-kind and color/style/size may vary between items. We cannot 100% guarantee these qualities will match what you see in the product photo unless otherwise stated.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
