The items you buy from Marubare.art are for personal use only.
You cannot alter or create new works of art from the artwork you buy from Marubare.art, and you cannot redistribute it or resell it in any format.
You cannot use the artwork for commercial use.
SIGNATURE:
My physical pieces are signed on the front by me, Ana María Caro, and have a small sticker with the Marubare logo on the back
My digital pieces have a small stamp with the Marubare logo on the front
REFUNDS / CANCELLATIONS
For digital products I do not accept cancellation or refunds due to the nature of the product, but if you have any concerns, just let me know.
For physical items:
You will see high quality images of the watercolor before I send it to you, so you can give your approval.
If despite this my work does not fit what you expected, you can return it with the following conditions:
- You must return the piece in the same conditions and original packaging within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
- You must pay the return shipping costs.
- You will receive the refund of the money when I have received the return of the art piece, which I can use at my discretion in the future.
In case the work has been damaged during shipping, you must send me photos as soon as you receive it to see what happened (all my shipments are insured). I will replace your piece, of course.
SHIPPING:
The shipping cost includes insurance and tracking.
I send the painting perfectly protected with flat cardboard, so that the paper does not suffer and arrives in perfect condition.
I often reuse packaging materials, such as cardboard and plastic, because the earth doesn't need any more garbage. That is why it is possible that your watercolor will arrive between cartons originally used for other products, but don’t worry, they will always be in perfect condition to protect your piece of art.
In some countries it may be necessary to pay customs freight, but that is not up to me and I can not know it when sending it, please take it into account (Anyway, I’ll try to find out if this is the case for your country)
PHYSICAL ITEMS:
All products are photographed with natural light to make them look as close to reality as possible, but please have in mind that colors can vary depending on the characteristics of your screens.
Frame is not included, it’s only for presentation purposes
