1. This Product contains both visible and concealed forensic watermarks uniquely identifying each authorized Purchaser.

4. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or disclosure of any portion of the Product will be considered a material breach of this agreement and a violation of intellectual property rights.

If the Product is found to be shared, posted online, resold, or otherwise made available in breach of these terms, the original Purchaser shall be held fully liable for liquidated damages in the amount of One Million United States Dollars (USD $1,000,000).

This amount represents a reasonable estimate of the potential damages and loss of revenue and is not a penalty. This provision does not limit our right to pursue additional remedies available under applicable law, including injunctive relief.5.
