I have been into bodybuilding for a number of years. I have tried this and that program or routine only to find minimal or not any results. Until I realized it takes a good diet and nutrition, plenty of rest and drink plenty of water. Doing the right routines, right number of sets, reps, and amount of time it takes to complete with correct form to be injury free. All of this makes a difference and will give you the results you are striving for. Remember a goal begins with the first step the rest is a journey to achieving your goal! enjoy it!
