Me & My Quinn offers personal coaching, writing coaching, printables, copywriting services, and educational courses to help clients improve their writing skills and achieve their goals. As an experienced writer and coach, Me & My Quinn provides customized guidance and valuable tools to support their clients' personal writing development. Their mission is to offer expert support and tailored resources that meet each client's unique needs and goals.

 

Definitions:

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms mean:

  • Services: All the services sold by Me & My Quinn, such as personal coaching, writing coaching, group coaching, and copywriting services.
  • Products: All items sold by Me & My Quinn, such as printables and educational courses.
  • Client: The person or entity that purchases or receives services or products from Me & My Quinn.
  • Me & My Quinn: The company that provides and sells the services and products.

1. Services Provided

Me & My Quinn offers personal writing coaching, printables, and educational courses, and will soon offer group coaching to help clients improve their writing skills and reach their goals.


  • Personal Writing Coaching: Me & My Quinn offers one-on-one coaching to support clients during their writing journey. We provide guidance, help the client stay motivated, and offer practical exercises to improve their writing style, refine their drafts, and achieve their creative goals. Each coaching plan is tailored to meet the client’s specific needs.
  • Group Coaching: In the future, Me & My Quinn will also offer group coaching sessions where clients can benefit from collective feedback, shared experiences, and collaborative learning. These group sessions will complement our one-on-one coaching, providing additional support and fostering a sense of community.
  • Printables: Downloadable resources like templates, worksheets, and guides designed to assist with writing and productivity. These tools are for personal use and aim to support the clients writing work.
  • Educational Courses: Online courses covering various aspects of writing, copywriting, mindset, and business-related topics. These courses provide practical knowledge and skills and are designed to be easy to understand, helping clients achieve the writing life they aspire to.
  • Copywriting Services: Professional copywriting services to help clients write effective and persuasive texts for various purposes, such as website content, blogs, and product descriptions. These services are designed to clearly and attractively convey the client's message to their target audience.

2. Coaching Terms and Conditions

  • Personal Writing Coaching: Me & My Quinn offers one-on-one coaching to support clients during their writing journey. We provide guidance, help the client stay motivated, and offer practical exercises to improve their writing style, refine their drafts, and achieve their creative goals. Each coaching plan is tailored to meet the client’s specific needs.
  • Group Coaching: In the future, Me & My Quinn will also offer group coaching sessions where clients can benefit from collective feedback, shared experiences, and collaborative learning. These group sessions will complement our one-on-one coaching, providing additional support and fostering a sense of community.


2.1 Scheduling and Duration:

  • Booking Sessions: The client can schedule coaching sessions by contacting Me & My Quinn via meandmyquinnmeetings@gmail.com or by booking a coaching session via the booking website. Sessions will be arranged based on our mutual availability.
  • Session Length: Coaching sessions usually last between 15 and 60 minutes. Me & My Quinn will confirm the exact time when the client books.


2.2 Cancellation Policy:

  • Canceling Within 24 Hours: If clients cancel a session less than 24 hours before it starts, the client will be charged 100% of the session fee. For clients with coaching packages, this fee will be deducted from their remaining hours of sessions.
  • Canceling Between 48 and 24 Hours: If clients cancel a session between 48 and 24 hours before the session, the client will be charged 50% of the session fee. For clients with coaching packages, this fee will be deducted from their remaining hours of sessions.
  • No-Show: If the client misses their session without notifying Me & My Quinn in advance, they will be charged the full session fee. For clients with coaching packages, this fee will be deducted from their remaining hours of sessions. After a second no-show, an additional 2 hours will be deducted from the remaining hours of sessions.
  • Expiration of Sessions: Unused sessions will expire 12 months from the purchase date unless we agree on something different. Please use said sessions within this time to avoid losing them.


2.3 Rescheduling:

  • Rescheduling: If the client needs to reschedule, they should notify Me & My Quinn at least 48 hours before the session starts via meandmyquinnmeetings@gmail.com with "Reschedule Appointment" in the subject line. The client can also use the booking website to reschedule the session.
  • Limits: The client can reschedule a session up to 2 times per package. Any additional rescheduling beyond the allowed two times will incur a fee of €49/$54.29. This fee will be billed separately, and clients will receive an invoice detailing these charges.
  • Ending a Session Early: If a session needs to end early due to unforeseen circumstances, the fee will be adjusted according to the time spent.
  • Communication: If the client has questions about scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, or wants more information about the sessions, the client can email Me & My Quinn via meandmyquinnmeetings@gmail.com

For any other questions or concerns that do not pertain to scheduling, cancellations, or rescheduling, clients can also reach out via meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com.


2.4 Payment:

Pricing Information

All prices are listed in euros (€), as Me & My Quinn is based in the Netherlands. For the client's convenience, we also provide prices in US dollars ($) on our product texts and images. Please refer to section 6, "Pricing," in the Terms and Conditions or our Disclaimer for the full explanation.


  • Payment: Payment is required upfront before starting any coaching sessions. Payments can be made through the website or via Stripe, both support various payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Ideal, and other options. If your preferred payment method is not listed on the website, send Me & My Quin an email via meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com to arrange an alternative payment method.
  • Refunds: Refunds for coaching services are available within 14 days of the initial payment, except for one-month coaching packages, which are non-refundable. If you wish to request a refund before the start of your coaching sessions, please email meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Coaching Services" in the subject line. Requests made after 14 days from the initial payment will not be eligible for a refund, as the coaching services are customized to meet the client's individual needs and goals.
  • Payment plan: For those opting for a payment plan, installments are available. To set up a payment plan, please email meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Payment Plan" in the subject line. The first installment must be paid before coaching begins, and subsequent payments will follow the agreed-upon schedule.

If the client has payment issues, it’s important to be clear and honest about it. Then we can work together to find a solution.


2.5 Client Responsibilities:

Clients are responsible for using the information and advice from coaching sessions in their own situations. Me & My Quinn is not responsible for any results or outcomes from using this information.


  • Preparation: Please come prepared with any necessary materials or information.
  • Participation: Actively participate and communicate openly during sessions to get the most out of your coaching.


2.6 Confidentiality:

All information shared during sessions will be kept strictly confidential and stored securely. Information will be retained for up to 12 months and may be reviewed only for administrative purposes. Confidentiality will be maintained, even after the coaching relationship ends.

 

Training Purposes

If the client agrees to have their session used for training purposes, please email us at meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Training Purposes" in the subject line.


As a thank you, if you report unauthorized use of our work, you will receive a one-time 10% discount on future coaching, copywriting services, or courses, and a one-time 20% discount on printables.


2.7 Complaints and Feedback:

Clients who wish to file a complaint or provide feedback should email Me & My Quinn via meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with 'Complaint' or 'Feedback' in the subject line. We aim to acknowledge receipt of your feedback within 5 business days and will provide a resolution or response within 30 days.


2.8 Liability:

Me & My Quinn is not responsible for the decisions or actions of the client taken after coaching sessions. Clients are fully responsible for their own choices and outcomes.

What We Offer: Me & My Quinn provide personal writing coaching, printables, copywriting services, and courses to help you improve your writing skills and achieve your goals.

What Coaching Doesn’t Include:

  • Not Therapy or Medical Care: Our coaching isn’t a substitute for therapy or medical treatment. For these, please consult a licensed professional.
  • No Legal, Financial, or Medical Advice: We don’t offer advice in these areas. Please talk to a qualified expert for such matters.


2.10 Coaching Goals:

Me & My Quinn is here to support clients in achieving their goals, but success depends on the client's own efforts and circumstances. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes from our coaching. Progress relies on the client's commitment, unique situation, and other factors beyond our control.

3. Copywriting Service Terms and Conditions

3.1 What We Offer:

Professional copywriting services to help clients create effective and persuasive texts for various purposes, including website content, blogs, and product descriptions. These services are designed to clearly and attractively convey the client's message to their target audience.

 

These services are created to effectively convey the client's message and enhance their communication and marketing efforts.


3.2 How to Order and Delivery:

  • The order: The client can order our copywriting services by sending an email to Me & My Quinn via meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Copywriting Services" in the subject line. The email should include details about the texts they need. Further instructions will be discussed during the meeting.
  • Before we start: Before Me & My Quinn starts, we will have a meeting with the client to ensure it’s a good fit. After that, the client should send a clear briefing to meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com, outlining what they expect from Me & My Quinn.

 

We’ll give you an estimated delivery time when you place your order. The exact delivery date depends on the project’s complexity and our current schedule.


3.3 Payment:

Payment is required upfront before we start working on your project. Payments can be made through Stripe, which supports various payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, IDEAL, and others.

 

A detailed invoice will be provided for all copywriting services. This invoice will list all amounts and charges related to the project.

 

If the client has payment issues, it’s important to be clear and honest about it. Then we can work together to find a solution.


Pricing Information

  • Payment Plans: Payment in installments is available for copywriting services. To arrange a payment plan, clients should email us at meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Payment Plan" in the subject line.


Refunds:

Refunds for copywriting services are not available when Me & My Quinn has started with your copywriting work. If a client wishes to request a refund before we begin, please email Me & My Quinn at meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Copywriting Services" in the subject line. This request must be made within 14 days of the initial payment. After this period, no refunds will be provided, as the work is tailored to the client's specific needs and requirements.


3.4 Client’s Approval Process:

  • Submission: After completing the copywriting work, Me & My Quinn will send the client a draft via email. The draft will include all necessary details and instructions for review.
  • Review Period: The client has 10 business days from receiving the draft to review it. During this period, the client should carefully read the content and provide their feedback to Me & My Quinn.
  • Approval: To approve the draft, the client should reply to the email with the draft, confirming their approval or providing feedback if they want changes. If the client needs a meeting to discuss the details, we can arrange one.
  • Revisions: The client is entitled to 2 revisions free of charge. Any additional revisions beyond these 3 will cost at least €65/$71.88 each, depending on the project size.
  • Final Approval: Once the client approves the final draft, Me & My Quinn will consider the project complete.
  • No Response: If Me & My Quinn does not receive a response from the client within the 10-business-day review period, the draft will be considered approved, and the project will proceed according to the original terms.


Ownership and Copyright

Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, the client will receive ownership of the text created for them. Me & My Quinn will transfer the copyright of the text to the client. However, Me & My Quinn retains the right to use the text for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Privacy:

All the information you provide for your project will be kept confidential. We will not share your details with anyone outside of Me & My Quinn.

 

Your Responsibilities:

When you place an order, make sure to give us all the details about your project, including any special needs, deadlines, and preferences.

 

After you receive the content, review it as soon as possible. Let us know if you have any feedback or need changes within the review period.

 

Our Liability:

Me & My Quinn is not responsible for any errors in the content if the information you provided is incomplete or incorrect.

 

You are responsible for how you use the content we create. We are not liable for any legal issues or problems that comes from your use of the content.

4. Printables and Courses Terms and Conditions

  • Printables: Digital files, such as planners, workbooks, and guides, that the client can download and print.
  • Courses: Online learning materials, including video lessons and interactive content.


4.1 Ordering and Access:

  • Ordering: The client can purchase printables or sign up for courses through our website. Registration on the website is required for all content.
  • Access: After payment is processed, the client will get download links for printables or instructions to access the courses.

Pricing Information

  • Upfront Payment: The client must pay before accessing printables or courses. Payments are processed through secure payment systems on Payhip.com, the website we use.
  • Alternative Payment Methods: If the client’s preferred payment method is not listed, they can email us via meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with “Payment Plan” in the subject line. We offer other payment options not available directly through the platform.

Refunds and Cancellations:

No refunds are offered for printables and courses after purchase, even if the client has not accessed the content. This is because these are downloadable files and pre-made courses, which provide immediate access to all materials once the client logs in, making returns impossible.


4.2 Use and Restrictions:

  • Use: Printables and course materials are for personal use only. The client may not share, copy, or sell them.
  • Intellectual Property: All rights to the materials remain with Me & My Quinn.


4.3 Client’s Responsibilities:

  • Accurate Information: The client must provide the correct details to receive the materials.
  • Review Content: The client should ensure that the printables or courses meet their needs before purchasing.

Termination of Access:

Termination Clause: Me & My Quinn can end access if the client doesn’t follow the rules or when they behaves inappropriately. If this happens, no refunds will be given.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

If the client’s preferred payment method is not listed, they can email us at meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with “Payment Plan” in the subject line. We offer other payment options that are not available directly through the platform.


5.2 Payment Schedule

  • Personal Writing Coaching & Group Coaching (Coming Soon): Payment is required before each session or can be made monthly, quarterly, or in full. Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
  • Printables & Educational Courses: Payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments can be made via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
  • Copywriting Services: Payment is required in advance before the start of the copywriting project. Payments can be made through Stripe, which supports various methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, IDEAL, and others.
  • Payment Plans: Installment payments are available exclusively for coaching services and copywriting services. To arrange a payment plan, clients should email us at meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Payment Plan" in the subject line.

6. Pricing

All prices are listed in euros (€), as Me & My Quinn is based in the Netherlands. For the client's convenience, we also provide prices in US dollars ($) on our product texts and images.

 

Please note:

  • Currency Fluctuations: Exchange rates can vary, so the dollar amount you pay may differ slightly from the listed price. It may be higher or lower than the amount shown.
  • Weekly Updates: We update dollar prices weekly, but there might still be small differences due to changes in exchange rates.

Pricing Information

  • Coaching Pricing: The cost of coaching and group coaching depends on the plan chosen. Detailed pricing information is provided during the payment process.
  • Product Pricing: The prices for printables, educational courses, and other downloadable products are shown on the product page. These prices are final at the time of purchase.
  • Copywriting Services Pricing: The prices for copywriting services are listed on the relevant page. For detailed payment terms, including revision policies and response times, please refer to the specific section on Copywriting Services in our general terms and conditions.
  • Price Changes: Me & My Quinn may adjust our prices from time to time. If a price change occurs, we will inform clients at least 1 month before the new price takes effect. The original price will apply if the client has already purchased a printable, course, or coaching plan. This does not apply if the client has purchased a new package after the old one has ended; the new price will apply in that case.
  • Promotions and Discounts: Occasionally, we offer special promotions or discounts. These will be communicated on our website or via email, along with the related terms and conditions.
  • Payment Plans: Payment in installments is available for coaching services only. To arrange a payment plan, clients should email us at meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Payment Plan" in the subject line.

Please note that all prices are in euros. Prices in dollars will also be displayed with each product.

7. Refund Policy

  • Coaching Personal, Writing, and Group Coaching (Coming Soon): Clients can get a refund within 14 days of their initial payment. Refunds are not available for one-month coaching packages. After 14 days, we cannot issue refunds. If the client wants to request a refund, they can send an email Me & My Quinn via meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Refund" in the subject line.
  • Printables & Educational Courses: We do not offer refunds once the client purchases these items because they are downloadable and immediately available.
  • Copywriting Services: Refunds are not available once we start working on the client’s copywriting project. If the client wants to request a refund, they can send an email Me & My Quinn via meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Refund" in the subject line. This request must be made within 14 days of your initial payment. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided.

7.1 How Refunds Work

The client can cancel their purchase within 14 days of payment without a given reason. However, if the client has already scheduled or started any service, they cannot cancel. To cancel, email us via meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Refund" in the subject line. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of cancellation.


Please check the specific terms for each service or product to see if a refund is available.

8. Late Payment

Late Payment Fees: If the client misses a payment, a late fee of €40/$44.73 may be charged. This fee covers the cost of handling late payments and will be added to the client's invoice.


Additional Actions: We may take further steps if payment is not received within 30 days of the due date. This could include suspending the client’s access to services or coaching programs until payment is made.


Legal Fees and Collection Costs: If the client’s payment is late, the client might need to pay additional costs to collect the overdue amount. This can include legal fees from collection agencies, by Dutch law.


Payment Arrangements: If the client anticipates difficulty in making a payment on time, they should email Me & My Quinn at meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Payment Arrangement" in the subject line. Me & My Quinn is committed to working with the client to find a solution.


Currency and Exchange Rates: All fees are calculated in Euros. If payment is made in a different currency, it will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of payment.


Billing Disputes: Any billing disputes should be reported to Me & My Quinn within 14 days of the invoice date. Me & My Quinn will review and resolve any issues promptly

9. Unforeseen Events

What Are Unforeseen Events?

Unforeseen Events are things we can't control, like natural disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, pandemics, labor strikes, or cyberattacks. These events may stop us from providing our services.

 

What We Do in an Unforeseen Event

If an Unforeseen Event happens, we will inform the client and explain how it might affect their services. We will do our best to resolve the issue and minimize any impact.

 

How Long Unforeseen Events Last

If the Unforeseen Event lasts more than 30 days, either party (Me & My Quinn or the client) can end the agreement without any further obligations.

 

Our Responsibility

Me & My Quinn is not responsible for any damage, loss, or costs resulting from our inability to meet our obligations due to an Unforeseen Event. This includes any type of damage or loss, like missed income or other effects caused by the event.

10. Intellectual Property

Ownership of Work

Copywriting Services: Me & My Quinn retains all rights to copywriting work until full payment is received. After payment, the client owns the work and can use it as specified in the contract. The work created by Me & My Quinn can be used in their portfolio and for marketing unless we agree otherwise.

 

Digital Content, Printables, and Courses: All digital content, printables, and course materials are owned by Me & My Quinn. The client may use these only for personal use. Reproducing, sharing, or selling these materials without permission is not allowed. Any use beyond personal use requires written approval from us.

 

Blogs, Texts, Photos, and Media: All content on the Me & My Quinn website, including blogs, articles, texts, photos, and other media, is owned by us or used with permission. The client cannot copy, share, or use this content without permission. If the client wants to use any content, they must get our approval and give proper credit.

 

Usage Rights

The client may only use the work, digital content, printables, course materials, and website content for personal use. The client cannot use, copy, or share this content without permission.

 

Protecting Intellectual Property

If the client sees someone using our work without permission, please email Me & My Quinn at meandmyquinncontact@gmail.com with "Intellectual Property Concern" in the subject line. We appreciate the client's help in protecting our intellectual property rights.

 

As a thank you, if you report unauthorized use of our work, you will receive a one-time 10% discount on future coaching, copywriting services, or courses, and a one-time 20% discount on printables.

11. Disputes and Applicable Law

Applicable Law: These terms and any agreements between you and Me & My Quinn are governed by Dutch law. This means that Dutch law will be used for any legal issues related to our services or products.

 

Disputes: If there is a disagreement, we will first try to resolve it through discussion. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute will be handled by the court in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Dutch law will apply to the dispute unless we agree to resolve it in a different location.

 

International Dispute Resolution: For clients outside the Netherlands, we may consider mediation or negotiation instead of going to court. We can agree on a mediator or use an internationally recognized mediation organization.

 

Mediation: Before going to court, both parties should try mediation. This is where a neutral third party helps find a solution without going to court. Mediation can help solve disputes quickly and effectively.

12. Agreement and Acceptance

By using Me & My Quinn’s copywriting services, digital products such as printables and courses, or coaching services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

Me & My Quinn may update the Terms and Conditions from time to time to meet legal requirements or reflect changes in our services. The most current version of our Terms and Conditions is always available on our website.
