End User License Agreement (EULA)
Section 1. Weather Icons (images)
About this Agreement:
This is an agreement between you (the purchaser) and me, Mike Afford (the copyright holder). I have tried to write this in simple language that I hope is easy to understand. If you have any questions, or you’re unsure if this license permits your intended use, please contact me for clarification before making your purchase.
Your Rights:
As with most licenses, you are purchasing a license to use these Weather Icons – you are not purchasing the copyright to the design of the icons, but rather just a license to use them. These Weather Icons are ‘royalty free’ so once you’ve purchased them, you are free to use them (subject to this Agreement) for personal and commercial projects without any additional fees.
Saving and copying:
The Weather Icons are supplied as digital files. You may download these and save them on to your computer. You may copy or move them – but only on to computers that belong to you. You may make archival copies for your own purposes only. You may not distribute the Icons to other people outside your organization, but you may temporarily provide them to a graphic designer, developer or other person who is working on your behalf, provided they agree to use the Weather Icons exclusively for your project, agree to the terms of this Agreement, and retain no copies of the files upon completion of the work.
Usage and embedding:
You may embed the Weather Icons in other software files e.g. Portable Document Format (PDF), or embed them within your own applications (e.g. a smartphone app that you intend to sell) provided you take all necessary steps to embed the Icons in such a way that they cannot be extracted from the files you create. You may not redistribute the original Weather icon files along with your App’s source code. You may not embed these icons in application software considered a plugin, template, skin or ‘theme’ (for example, a WordPress theme where the Weather Icons are included). You may not use the icons as standalone designs for re-sale on T-shirts, mugs, mousemats etc.
Web usage:
You may display the Weather Icons as part of a forecast on your own website provided they appear on your own single domain (and sub-domains). You are not permitted to display the icons as a complete set. You may not make the Weather Icons available to third-party hosting services and you must also take all reasonable steps to prevent hot linking, re-serving or re-directing the Weather Icons to unlicensed parties. You may not embed the Weather Icons in such a way that they appear on a website not owned by you (for example within an iFrame). If you wish to supply these icons in any way to other sites not owned by yourself, please get in touch to discuss an Extended License.
Modification:
Please use the icons/symbols as supplied. If you need any modifications or additional symbols please let me know.
Disclaimer:
Obviously these Weather Icons are not for re-sale. Unless expressly stated above, you may not redistribute, sell, rent, load, give, sublicense, or otherwise transfer them. The Weather Icons are provided “as is”, and neither I (Mike Afford), Afford Media and Consultancy Services Ltd. (trading as Mike Afford Media), nor any of its officers, employees, managers, members, shareholders, directors or suppliers, shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental, arising out of or relating to the use of, or the inability to use, these Weather Icons.
Good Faith:
You are granted the rights to use the Weather Icons in good faith, and you promise to adhere to the terms of this Agreement to the best of your ability, and in good faith.
Section 2. Fonts
About this Agreement:

Your Rights:
As with most font licenses, you are purchasing a license to use this Font – you are not purchasing the copyright to the design of the Font, but rather just the rights to use the Font. This Font is ‘royalty free’ so once you’ve purchased it, you are free to use it (subject to this Agreement) for personal and commercial projects without any additional fees.
Desktop Versions:
You can install the desktop version of this Font on your own computer, or computers that belong to you. You can make archival copies only for your own purposes. You may not distribute the Font to other people outside your organization, but you may temporarily provide the Font to a graphic designer, developer or other person who is working on your behalf, provided they agree to use the Font exclusively for your project, agree to the terms of this Agreement, and retain no copies of the Font upon completion of the work. You may use the desktop version of this Font to create image or movie files for display on the web (e.g. jpeg, png, Flash, Quicktime) but you may not use the desktop Fonts to generate your own @font-face version (see the section ‘@font-face version’ below).

You may embed the @font-face version of this Font on your site using the CSS feature @font-face provided the Font appears on your own single domain (and sub-domains) only. You may not make the Font available to third-party hosting services and you must also take all reasonable steps to prevent hot linking, re-serving or re-directing the Font to unlicensed parties. You may not embed the Font in such a way that the icons or glyphs appear on a website not owned by you (for example within an iFrame). If you wish to supply these fonts/icons/symbols in any way to other sites not owned by yourself, please get in touch to discuss an Extended License.
Modification:
Please use the Font/icons/symbols as supplied. If you need any modifications or additional symbols please let me know. You may not pull this Font apart and re-make either the font or the designs within it in any way.
