✅ Eligible for Return / Exchange

We accept returns, refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Defective Product: The printed product arrives damaged or defective.
2. Product Mismatch: You receive a different product from the one you ordered.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
• Shipping or other applicable charges may be deducted where necessary.
• Refunds are issued only after verification of the returned product.

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or modification may not be possible.

If you receive a damaged product:

• Record an uncut unboxing video while opening the parcel.
• The video should clearly show the outer packaging, product label and condition of the product.
• Damage claims should be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Photos/videos may be reviewed before approving a return or replacement.
• Returns may be rejected if sufficient evidence of damage is not provided.

• Digital PDFs are non-returnable and non-refundable after purchase.
• Digital products cannot be exchanged or cancelled once purchased.
• If you receive a corrupted or incomplete file, contact us within 48 hours and we will provide a corrected file or download link.
