Hello, my name is Matthew Prausa and I am currently nineteen years of age. Since I was fifteen, I have pursued excellence in fitness. My passion for fitness started with a desire to go into a Naval Special Warfare career. However, I found my passion for fitness in my endeavors to train. I have tested out many different exercises and programs over the past four years. In the scope of fitness, I am young, but my workouts will greatly improve your fitness no matter what level you are at. The PDF files that I am selling are what I have found to be the best way to achieve fitness including calisthenics, cardio, weight-lifting, and military exercise.
