Perryen Livingston is a Southern raised, Sicilian born, self-proclaimed rebel Belle. She lives in her own corner of Heaven with her husband, two sons, and two fur daughters. She is obsessed with espresso, great books, all things Chanel, and her Great Danes.
After taking a DNA test, four decades after her birth, she decided that writing a book about what she learned on her journey to self-discovery was crucial for herself and wanted to give hope and encouragement to other adoptees.
Perryen writes exactly how she talks. There are lots of Southernisms, sass, and heart. At the end of the day—family, love, hope, and laughter are what motivate her to be her one true self.
Little Dove is her first novel in The Redenzione Series and is more than loosely based on on her true life. The characters in Little Dove are based on real people and have all had a hand in who she is today.
