By purchasing or downloading any beat from this store, you agree to the following terms:

Licensing

You are granted an exclusive license to use the beat for personal music projects,by uses the beats (read on license page )

Free use is allowed only for non-commercial purposes such as rap cyphers, freestyles, or demos — credit must still be given.

For commercial use (Spotify, YouTube, Apple Music, etc.), a paid license is required.

Once purchased, you can use and distribute your song commercially without limits.(only limits are what wroted on terms+license page)

Credit Requirements

Proper credit must be given on all platforms (what it can ) and releases:

Failure to credit correctly may result in copyright removal or legal action.

Restrictions

You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any beat.

You may not use any beat for NFTs, AI music generation, or sync licensing (films, ads, etc.) without written permission.

💰 Payment & Royalties

All beats are sold as digital files, with no tax applied.

Payhip handles secure payments, and a small service fee is deducted from each transaction (automatic and included in the fee).

100% royalty ownership of your recorded song remains yours. The producer keeps his credit on the beat itself.

🔐 Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy — no personal data is stored beyond what’s required for secure payment processing.

All transactions are securely handled by Payhip and its partners (Stripe / PayPal).

We never share or sell your information.

If you join our mailing list, you may receive occasional updates or discounts.

🔄 Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of beats, all sales are final.

Once a file has been downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
